I took on the responsibilities of research, design, and strategy with the aim of achieving several key objectives: improving the efficiency of the portal, enhancing the experience of the backend product, and showcasing the prestigious Concierge brand.
To accomplish these goals, I conducted thorough data analysis, designed user-centric solutions, assisted in the implementation of a new component library, and collaborated directly with users throughout the process.

The Concierge Portal is a powerful cloud platform that seamlessly integrates Concierge's endpoints, connectors, analytics, and widgets with any retail enterprise system's API and database. It offers data-driven engagement, enhanced customer service, and robust point-of-sale capabilities. To ensure a truly high-end experience for Concierge users, we recognized the need for a User-Centered Design approach.
Our focus was on understanding the Jobs To Be Done of our users and brainstorming innovative ways to facilitate navigation, streamline endpoint implementation, and simplify the addition of connectors and agents.
I took charge of designing a new user interface and workflow that significantly improved the user experience. One of the key enhancements was the introduction of a dashboard view, providing users with a comprehensive overview of the application's health. To validate our ideas, we conducted interviews with daily users such as in-house engineers, business analysts, and product owners.
The redesigned experience enabled backend users to operate more efficiently. The dashboard presented valuable insights into app performance analytics, including Transaction by Associate, API Endpoints Execution, and Average API Response Time within the Portal.
